Asked Questions

  • What is the lead time on delivery?

    Dependent on stock levels, most items are usually dispatched and delivered within 3-8 work days. However, please be aware occasionally, some units may take longer to be dispatched and in this instance we will contact you if the usual lead time cannot be met. If a specific delivery date is required, please get in touch to see if we can accomodate.

  • How much is delivery?

    Delivery costs vary from product to product, as we stock various sizes and weights. Please refer to each product for an individual delivery charge.

  • Do you deliver overseas?

    No, unfortunately we are not currently able to offer overseas delivery. We deliver to mainland UK.

  • Can I collect my order?

    All our products are dispatched from a separate warehouse and we are unable to offer collection.

  • What is your returns policy?

    14 day returns policy.


    All hardware purchased can be returned within 14 days of the original order date. For a full refund (excluding delivery cost) the screens should be repackaged and returned using the original packaging material and method (including bespoke pallet where necessary). The delivery cost for the return will be excluded from any refund due.

  • What warranty does my screen have?

    All standard product ranges come with a 3 year warranty starting from date of invoice.


    This excludes Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) products which come with a 2 year warranty. This also excludes all bespoke hardware which is manufactured under OEM. All bespoke products come with a strict 1 year warranty, unless extended at point of order.


    Any warranty extension needs to be completed at point of order and should be clearly noted on the sales invoice. Warranty covers hardware failure but excludes accidental damage or user error.

  • How do I manage the content on the screens?

    Our Digital Signage solutions are offered with one or both of the following options:


    Plug & Play

    You have the option to transfer content via USB directly to the screen, which will then automatically play any images or videos stored in the screen's memory.


    Content Management System (CMS)

    This feature enables remote uploading from any location to a single screen or multiple screens located anywhere via the internet. This is an annual recurring cost.


  • Do you offer installation?

    Yes we do. Our professional installation team will be happy to quote for your instalation.  

  • What about ongoing technical support?

    Yes, we offer lifetime technical support. We can also provide content creation and help with setting up your CMS.
